It was a nice overcast day at the beach and in the 90's at home!
Deonna is leapfrogging something and Michael is smiling cute for the camera.
There is a great sweatshirt shop in Seaside...all hoodies $12.99. This one screamed Robel's name.
It is in pictures that I realize how grown up Deonna is becoming.
Mom look...I found this treasure!
Michael found a car buried in the sand.
They can be so cute sometimes. :0)
Yes, Michael is playing put-put golf. He is pretty good at it too.
Angelia is having fun learning too.
We LOVE this KOA in Astoria, Oregon...it has the put-put golf, this HUGE jumping pillow and an indoor pool. Go Deonna go!
Robel had a chance to hang out with some older kids (10-12) and learn to jump off a ramp on a bike. It was scary to watch but fun to see him learning!
Life is good. We are in the middle of a busy week again...story of our summer life. Robel is FINALLY having his birthday party on Wednesday morning...they are watching Percy Jackson and the Olympians, the lightning thief. It is a fun one. Followed by his favorite...a pepperoni pizza lunch.
On Friday morning I am going to actually do the Portland to Coast walk relay. Yay! Arriving in Seaside on Saturday.
Then Sunday our whole family heads to Ritzville, Washington for our real, official family summer vacation. Daniel finished his 3rd to last masters final on Saturday "HALLELUJAH"!!! So we actually get to spend time with him on this trip. We will be going to Cat Tales in Spokane to see the retired MGM lion and other big cats. We will also enjoy a day at Silverwood Theme Park and lots of roller coasters, water rides, etc. We will also go to Missoula to visit Daniel's Aunt Evelyn, Uncle Jim, Grandma Combes, and his cousins. Grandma Combes fell a few weeks ago and broke her hip...she is doing well but is now in assisted living permanently. We hope to make her day by visiting. We'll also visit Daniel's Uncle Doug & Aunt Carol in Northern Idaho. Then spend Labor Day weekend with his folks in Ritzville. We are so excited to have this last hooray before the kids go to school on September 7th. (They will be missing their first 3 days of school).

Those are some cute kiddos! Looks like a fun time.
