So, if you noticed my comment about giving up my diet dr. pepper (lovingly referred to as ddp) in my last post your jaw probably dropped and hit the floor.
Yes, it is good bye to all soda. I can't help but relate my huge amount of soda intake to my recent UTI!
There was a time in my life when I didn't like the taste of any soda...and I think I am going to convince myself that I still feel that way.
I know that there is absolutely nothing good about soda...not one thing in it is good for my body. I was 100% addicted to the caffeine and the taste. I have known for years that I would indeed give it up as I do not want my kiddos to want to drink it! They know it is "mom's juice" but that just isn't the example I want to set for them.
So, I better go take some Tylenol for the ginormous headache I will no doubt have later... :0) Here's to a healthier, addiction-free me!

I gave up DC (diet coke) years ago. And am so glad. Love a sip now and then on a HOT day, but that will do.

No Excedrine for me! I survived one day already...I didn't even need the Tylenol as I had thought! :0)
