Who would've thought...

Robel was so excited and elated that we couldn't keep him off the table.

Our sweet pumpkin...at least at that moment in time!

Perfect additions to our Autumn scene on the front porch.

I love this photo...so much fun! Deonna is wearing black vampire teeth for anyone wondering...

that carving pumpkins with 4 young children could be SO MUCH FUN!!! We have always had this annual tradition but only this year did we ALL have a blast doing it. It made me reflect on how much my kids have grown up and how much I love having older kids. Good-bye infant days...this is the way to live!

  1. I have been thinking about the different stages of motherhood myself lately, and as much as I hate to say it, I think I agree with you. The older they get, the better! Not to say that there aren't challenges with every age and stage, but I seem to handle the older ones better.

And fabulous pumpkins! So glad you all had fun!

  2. I was meant to be a mother of older kids. Not saying I didn't like having babies. It is definitly a better stage of life for me too. I will soon have a teenage driver and in 10 years I could be a gramma. giggle giggle.
