Down 2 more pounds last week.

So, during phase 1 of the South Beach Diet I lost 12 lbs.

Saturday I reintroduced 12 oz of fat-free milk or a low fat/sugar yogurt a day. I can now have berries...yippee! Or an apple. Yay. I also can have whole grains. I am looking forward to a bowl of steel cut oatmeal. Yummy.

My favorite meal is probably spaghetti and meatballs over green beans.

My favorite sweet is sugar-free jello with sugar-free cool whip.

I am loving my pistaccios as snacks.

I feel the difference in my jeans already and see that my dimples in my face are getting deeper...yes, deeper when I lose weight. FUN!!!

Last week I walked 8 miles and worked out 3 times in addition to that.

I am feeling really good about myself.

  1. That is awesome. SO proud of you.Hmmm...I have not tried steel cut oatmeal, but I have heard it's so yummy.
    Way to go. Sounds so healthy and yummy.
