I am so excited to lose 10 lbs in one week. I know a lot is water weight but I have also lost some of my waist line too! Yippee!
The thing I worry about is...not getting discouraged when I don't see these super results from now on. I tend to easily lose 10-20 lbs and then not lose for a few days or a week and then give up. I guess I am admitting this so I can have some positive encouragement to keep it up...when I need it in the future.
I have just volunteered to be team captain for the Portland to Coast walk relay. I am really excited to train and get ready for that. On August 27 & 28 me and my team of 12 will each walk three 5-6 mile legs within 24 hours. It is going to be an amazing feat. I am really excited to have some really good friends joining me. I am hoping Susie will join my team and anyone else can too if you want to be involved...you just need to train and then be here in Portland August 27-28. Let me know if any of you are interested.
I am currently nibbling on Edamame...yummy...lightly salted and snacky like popcorn. I love it.
It satisfies my hand/mouth addiction.

On those days when you don't see a difference on the scale, concentrate on the difference you FEEL! You must feel lighter and healthier already, and that will only get better. We're all with ya!
