Part of our garden is in...
I love this time of year when the garden gets planted and we all get excited about the wonderful homegrown vegetables we will soon enjoy. There is something primal & awesome about clean, fresh soil and new plants with their whole lives in front of them. The miracle of life really. How cool that everything in nature really has a purpose. The dirt for nutrients for the plants, rain as water, the sun to help them reach upward, the bees to help pollinate, the worms to help circulate the dirt...it is all so cool! For the kids I think they just love the chance to dig in the dirt after months of rain and mud. Yippee. Here are some photos of our fun! Happy growing to all.

ReplyDeleteWe have various lettuces sprouting up and our radishes are about halfway grown! This will be so much fun for you! I am a major fan of Leah's helmet. She is one special girl!
