Down already!!!

So, I have been "on the Beach" since Saturday and already I am down SIX pounds!!! It helps that yesterday was Fast Sunday! Yippee!!! Like I said before...chubby people lose quicker than those who have just a few pounds to lose. But it also keeps me going seeing fast results! I worked out so hard this morning, sweat everywhere...it was great. I love it!

My favorite Beach treat: Sugar-Free Butterscotch Italian Cream Sodas (I treat myself to one after the kids go to bed at night)!!! At our local Cash & Carry I get the huge syrup bottles for just $3.53 each! Yummo!

Can't wait for: Frozen Blueberries they are what I am craving...much better than chocolate! I get to eat them in 1.5 weeks though!

Anyone who wants to join me on the Beach...I'd love to have friendly competition!

  2. You are inspiring and motivating me. Stick with it. I need to work my new work schedule out and figure my internship and THEN i can get my workouts in. sounds like excuses huh? My stress and anxiety is lessened when I am working out on a regular basis. Whoo Hoo Min!

  4. I am back to the gym. My schedule just found a bit of time in it! Let's do it Kestner/Grove/Kuchta women! Bethany is already skinny, but we should not exclude her. : )

Yeah, I hate being excluded because people think I'm fine. :) I have this weird dent below my real belly button that looks like another belly button, and I'm sure it would go away with a few sit-ups or a bit less sugar. And if I'm going to wear my new jeans after I wash them, then I have to shed a little bit. And I may be skinny, but there is no muscle on me at all, and I have no stamina and I'm tired all the time. Not sure if those things are related. And by stamina, I mean to keep up with the kids. Not "stamina" stamina. We're good there. Um... I'm done now.
